INDUSTRIAL DATA GATEWAY

Collecting machine data is not enough.
It must become operational evidence.

We unify data from different machine vendors in a common, timestamped and traceable data layer without unnecessarily replacing working PLCs.

What it delivers

From PLC tags to operational evidence.

Multi-protocol acquisition

Legacy and modern machines through ADS, OPC UA, Modbus TCP/RTU, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP and suitable industrial gateways.

Reliable recording

Timestamps, source and data quality, with store-and-forward behavior for connection interruptions.

MES / SCADA / SQL integration

Deliver production data to existing higher-level systems, historians, MQTT or reporting layers.

Root-cause investigation

Correlate alarms, downtime, micro-stops and process changes on a common timeline.

Technical scope

One timeline across the factory.

We acquire and normalize process data from legacy and modern production systems using ADS, Modbus TCP/RTU, PROFINET, PROFIBUS, EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, CANopen, OPC UA and industrial edge gateways where required.

Data from each machine can be recorded with timestamps, source identification and data-quality information. Events from otherwise independent machines can then be correlated on the same timeline to reconstruct downtime, micro-stops, cycle times, alarms and process changes across a production line or facility.

Collected data can be delivered to existing SCADA, MES, SQL/historian, MQTT, reporting and analytics systems. The objective is not simply to move PLC tags, but to create a common factory data layer that helps engineers determine why a line stopped, which machine stopped first, and whether subsequent stops were causes or consequences.
